هذه الصفحة مخصّصة للمستخدمين الذين يرغبون بحذف حساباتهم وبياناتهم
من تطبيق بيتوريا. يمكنك تقديم الطلب عبر إحدى الطريقتين أدناه.
الطريقة الأولى — من داخل التطبيق (الموصى بها)

افتح التطبيق وسجّل الدخول
ادخل إلى حسابك في تطبيق بيتوريا على هاتفك.

اذهب إلى "المزيد"
من شريط التنقّل السفلي، اختر صفحة "المزيد".

اختر "حذف الحساب"
ستظهر شاشة تأكيد توضّح ما الذي سيُحذف.

أكّد الحذف
أدخل كلمة المرور للتحقق من هويتك ثم اضغط "تأكيد الحذف".
الطريقة الثانية — عبر البريد الإلكتروني
إذا لم تستطع الدخول للتطبيق، أرسل بريداً إلكترونياً إلى الفريق:

يجب أن يحتوي البريد على:
- الاسم الكامل المسجّل في الحساب.
- البريد الإلكتروني أو رقم الهاتف المرتبط بالحساب.
- سبب الحذف (اختياري).
سنرد على طلبك خلال 3-7 أيام عمل ونؤكّد إتمام الحذف.
ما الذي سيتم حذفه
- ✅ معلومات الحساب الشخصية (الاسم، البريد، الهاتف، الصورة).
- ✅ كلمة المرور وجميع رموز المصادقة.
- ✅ المنشورات والتعليقات في المجتمع.
- ✅ العقارات المعروضة والطلبات المقدّمة.
- ✅ سجل الإشعارات والمحادثات.
- ✅ بيانات الجهاز ومعرّفات الإشعارات (FCM).
ما الذي قد يتم الاحتفاظ به
بعض البيانات قد يتطلّب القانون الاحتفاظ بها لفترة محدودة:
- 📋 سجلات المعاملات المالية (المحفظة، الاشتراكات، حصص الاستثمار) — تُحفظ لمدة 5 سنوات للامتثال للأنظمة المالية، ثم تُحذف.
- 📋 السجلات التقنية المجهّلة (logs بدون أي معرّف شخصي) — تُحفظ حتى 90 يوماً.
الجدول الزمني
- فوراً: تعطيل الحساب وإيقاف الوصول إليه.
- خلال 30 يوماً: حذف نهائي للبيانات الشخصية من قواعد البيانات النشطة.
- خلال 90 يوماً: حذف من النسخ الاحتياطية.
هل أستطيع التراجع؟
خلال أول 30 يوماً من الطلب يمكنك التراجع بمراسلتنا على
البريد المذكور أعلاه. بعد ذلك يصبح الحذف نهائياً ولا يمكن استعادة الحساب.

Delete Your Baytoria Account

This page is for users who want to delete their account and personal data
from the Baytoria app. You can submit your request through
either of the methods below.
Method 1 — From Inside the App (Recommended)

Open the app and sign in
Log in to your Baytoria account on your phone.

Go to "More"
Tap the "More" tab in the bottom navigation.

Select "Delete Account"
A confirmation screen will explain what will be deleted.

Confirm
Enter your password to verify, then tap "Confirm Delete".
Method 2 — Via Email
If you can't access the app, email our team:

The email should include:
- Full name registered on the account.
- Email or phone number linked to the account.
- Reason for deletion (optional).
We will reply within 3-7 business days confirming the deletion.
What Will Be Deleted
- ✅ Personal account info (name, email, phone, photo).
- ✅ Password and all authentication tokens.
- ✅ Community posts and comments.
- ✅ Listed properties and submitted requests.
- ✅ Notification history and chats.
- ✅ Device data and notification IDs (FCM).
What May Be Retained
Some data may be retained for a limited time as required by law:
- 📋 Financial transaction records (wallet, subscriptions, investment shares) — kept for 5 years for financial compliance, then deleted.
- 📋 Anonymized technical logs (no personal identifiers) — kept up to 90 days.
Timeline
- Immediately: account disabled, access blocked.
- Within 30 days: personal data permanently removed from active databases.
- Within 90 days: removed from backups.
Can I Reverse the Request?
During the first 30 days you can cancel the request by emailing
us at the address above. After that, deletion is final and the account
cannot be restored.
